Seasons Supervisor Crystal Viegas |
"Customer service means a lot to me," Crystal tells us. She strives to take little actions that make someone else's day better, such as asking someone how they are or simply just saying hello. Crystal believes that the smallest gesture can turn a bad day into a good one.
Employees of Seasons are thrilled to have Crystal as their supervisor. Seasons worker, Marielle Rayer says, "She is pretty laid back and she doesn't bother us too much as long as we get our work done." Crystal wants to teach the student workers life skills that they will need to know in future careers. She loves interacting with the students on campus and the student workers. Crystal believes that, "Whatever you learn [at Seasons] helps you grow for another experience."

Crystal Villegas is also very lenient with worker's schedules. She is understanding that college is a stressful time that can make students, especially student workers, feel overwhelmed with all that needs to be accomplished on a daily basis. Brittany Harran says, "Crystal is very upbeat and if you are having a down day, you just tell her, get your work done, and then she will let you go." She is very pleased with how dedicated her staff is and she says that they all make her job easy "[student workers] bring so much to the community... [they] are our future."
Juggling college and a job is a very difficult task; however, Crystal Villegas is determined to helping students equally as much as they help her. Crystal is a great supporter of the students on campus and devotes a lot of her time brightening the faces of customers at Seasons. If you are in need of a mood booster, or even a great meal, Seasons is the place to go. Crystal Villegas is sure to leave a lasting impact.
